As a Pastor's wife, coach, speaker, Bible Study creator, author, conference host and business owner, Cynthia is passionate about equipping Christian women in leadership roles or transitioning into their next chapter of life seeking to fulfill their God-given purpose from a place of intentional rest. She is committed to creating safe spaces for growth that champion rest over hustle, empowering women to build lives of purpose, lasting impact, and legacy
She fondly sees herself as a Rest and Build Mentor Coach and The First Lady of Tea. She is the author of a One-Year Planner: Rest and Build Your Best Remarkable Year and a 31-Day Devotional entitled, Rest and Builds: A 31-Day Journey to Restore Your Soul and Design a Life That Matters as well as an inductive Bible study creator and teacher.
